What Causes Pain And Discomfort On The Glans Penis?
For past few days I have been experiencing a non stinging, non burning minor pain/discomfort in head of penis mostly at urethra opening. Occasionally minimal clear discharge. Sometimes slightly more painful during urination, still non stinging, non burning. Urine is clear/light yellow, no blood or cloudiness. I have only 2 sexual partners in the last 12 months, last 5 months with my current girlfriend.

it appears to be urethritis and asper your information you have multiple partner.urethral discharge smear should be tested. urine analysis is to be done and std test is advised and if possible it should be done with both your girl friends
