What Causes Pain And Discomfort On The Right Foot?

Hi Dr. Rynne, I ve been experiencing a very discomforting pain on the outside of my right foot. The pain causes me to limp occasionally. I can not use my hands to twist my for, nor can I sit indian style, the pain is unbearable. Any idea what this could be?
