What Causes Pain And Fullness Sensation In Lower Abdominal Area?

I have a feeling of fullness in lower abdomen and pain there also. It s a cramping that is sometimes almost unbearable. Lying down doesn t help much except on my stomach for a short time (few minutes) then I have to get up. I ve had this for 4 - 5 days. Due to see my doctor 7/7/16. Should I see her before that.

Hello,

It may be due to gastritis or Indigestion.

For that you can take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel after physician consultation.

Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Do regular physical exercise.
