What Causes Pain And Heaviness In Stomach?

I have an IUD currently lodged in my colon. I ve had to abort one pregnancy due to it, and a second was ectopic that ruptured inside me. Its been 7 months since my last surgery and I ve had reg periods since then. Over the last several months, my stomach has started hurting when I m sitting down a lot of bending over a lot. Within the last month, the pain has increased and stays. I can t eat much cause I feel miserable and beyond full after a few bites. Also, my belly feels heavy now and foreign, if that at all makes sense. I ve been feeling movement too. I had 2 c sections and have had phantom kicks along my scar line for the last 5 years, but these are different. Plus I feel spots that feel harder than others at times but I m not showing or anything. My periods have been regular and I took a preg test yesterday that was a clear negative. I vehad so many issues w my lady partsso idk if this is a very odd and secretive pregnancy in there, or if its stuff stemming from all my medical stuff. Any ideas?
