What Causes Pain And Heaviness In The Chest And Excessive Sweating?

Hi Im 40 fit, eat well, exercise regularly, dont smoke, drink minimally. For about 6 days I have had a very heavy chest with chest pain when I breath in and today I have sweats when I move, racing heart when im laying down and aching legs. I saw a doctor a few days ago who couldnt find much. Any ideas?

itcan be gastritis or cardiac problem. take tab omiprazol, unienzyme. bland diet avoid fast food. take ecg and consult cardiologist for examination and advise on treatment it can be conduction problem. if requered pacemaker may be requered.
