What Causes Pain And In The Lower Back?

Hi, My name is Pam, I have been having pain that started in the small of me left back, which spread around the side, then in almost a line down through the pelvic to pretty much the center. The pain has these places sore to the touch, some swelling in the back and side, at times it burns. I have had a temp of 99.6- 101.7 with this. Last night I was awoke by a bad cramping perhaps the bladder, and there was a gurgle, that was the worst pain yet. What could this be? Sorry I did not know there was a fee for web md

hi . take antibiotics like cefadroxyl (250)according your age and wt. take analgesic like diclofenac 2 time / Day. For 5 day. consult the doctor and take medicine. it will be cure. don't worry. thanks. regards.
