What Causes Pain And Irritation In Sinus Cavity?
My husband was eating a salad at lunch and sneezed and Some lettuce is not lodged in his sinus cavity. It is painful and really annoying. Any advise? Should we go to the ER? He keeps trying to throw up and blow his nose, but I am worried he might be making it more irritated

He can try irrigation with normal saline if not help he should see a doctor to help.
