What Causes Pain And Itching In The Body?

I got chicken pox when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old. I remember one dot was completely black & I remember tearing it off while in pain. It was on my left arm. I still have the circles on my body from itching & I want to know can I get rid of these scars? I am 22 now.

I have gone through your query. You can take antihistamines like cetirizine(zyrtec) for itching. Applying kojic acid based creams and using kojic acid soap will be helpful to remove scars. Take vitamin c and antioxidant supplements also.
