What Causes Pain And Itching In The Vagina?

I am 18 years old, have never had sex. For the past 3 months I have had pain, burning, itching, clear or yellow discharge, and sometimes small amounts of blood on the tissue when I go to the bathroom? I was hoping it would just go away. Is this a yeast infection or something worse.
