I have been having some troubling symptoms, but I cannot get in to see an OB/GYN, and urgent care says that my symptoms are out of their scope of care. My best bet at this point is to try to figure out what is going on on my own, but if you can help, I would appreciate it. Starting about 1 month ago, I had some changes in vaginal discharge (foul odor, more of it, a more white/yellow color). I have also had some itching since then. Around the time of the month I was ovulating, I experienced spotting and abdominal pain which has never happened to me before. About a week ago, I had sex with my partner, and since then I have been experiencing vaginal pain which was made worse by my trip to Colorado (higher altitude). It felt like I had swelling in my vagina, and it was made better by taking ibuprofen. Now, I am still experiencing the vaginal discharge symptoms, some vaginal pain (although not as bad as it was), and itching/discomfort occasionally. Thank you for your help!
