What Causes Pain And Itching On The Penis Tip?

Im Sadik from Nigeria, I have been suffering from itching pain on the tip of my penis for the past 6 months. I have taking different medications like zerodole, perfloxacin among others but still there is no improvement. Pls I need your kind assistance. Thank you. Im 30 year old.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. Using anti fungal creams for local application will be helpful for this. You can use anti fungal creams like miconazole (daktarin) or terbinafine (Lamisil) which are available as over the counter. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area as it can increase the irritation. Instaed you can use just warm water or saline. Use loose and cotton underwear. Avoid underwear while sleeping.
