Brief answer : If you do not experience a apigastric pain , or
fever , than you can wait untill tomorrow to see your GI doctor.
Detailed answer:
Hello,
Thank you for sharing your question in HCM.
Is normal to feel queasy, with loss of appetite, and to feel a little discomfort, also after ERCP. Compared to your last ERCP , this time may have been a more difficult procedure and the doctor may have worked more, or it may have taken longer to end. So this may explain why you feel worse this time, comparing to the first two procedures.
Eventhough , if your pain grows up in intensity or in case of high temperature, you have to see the GI doctor earlier.
Another thing that you need to be aware: if you will have black color evacuations (faeces)in high quantity, you have to see the GI doctor earlier too.
Hope this is helpfull for you.
Kind regards,
Dr. Juarda
