I have been experiencing pain during sex, and light bleeding afterwards. The pain does not come with deep penetration, and I do not have any discharge or itching. I have also been very stressed because I have other health problems occurring right now. What could be causing this? and what should I do?
Following causes has to be ruled out by detail history and examination.... And subsequent investigation ... 1. Vaginismus : Because of excess stress vaginal muscles contraction leading pain 2. Cervicitis 3.Vaginal polyp , Uterine fibroid 4.Endometriosis 5.Sexually transmitted illness 6.Vaginal dryness 7.Rough sexual act
According to cause treatment done
For vaginal dryness water based lubricant can be used ..If menopause age there estrogen cream useful
Pelvic examination and Usg will be helpful in your case
Advise : Gynecologist consultation for examination
