What Causes Pain And Lump In Testicles?

a couple of days ago i noticed some pain in my right testicle. I had a hard workout hours before. I noticed a swollen lump above the testicle and it was tender. The swelling has gone down some and not near as painfull. Does this sound like a strain?

General Surgeon 's  Response
No,This is not a strain. There are no conditions in the scrotum related to strain.
This can be a Cyst of epididymis or
Cyst of the spermatic cord.
Selling of the head of the epididymis due to infection.
Get a clinical examination done by an Urologist.
And ultrasonography done.
The treatment will depend upon the diagnosis.
