What Causes Pain And Lump On Head Of Penis Post Masturbation?

I masturbated the other day and after masturbating the head of my penis hurt a bit. I masturbated the next day and a what seems to be a lump inside the head of my penis occurred. I m not sure what this is but sometimes when I get an erection, if my penis becomes very erect sometimes it hurts.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to trauma because of masturbation better to stop this for sometime till everything get all right, no need to treat this condition because this would be fine on its own, but be careful next time, hope this information helps, take care.
