What Causes Pain And Masturbation Kind Of Feeling In Penis And Testicles?

Recently I started having a feeling in my penis and testicles. The right one would hurt sometimes and my hands would shake over time. It almost feels like I need to masturbate BUT it isn t as easy at it should be. I would do it in the morning but this feeling would start not long after. I would drink alot of fluids and holding my pee just so I don t have to feel it. Please help.

The pain in testicle can be due to architis, hernia, torsion testis and due to to injury. The masturbation feeling can be due to expansion of bladder muscle.
