Hello,

Since you are having wax in your ears and are having pain, you are suggested to apply Otorex ear drops, 3-4 drops in the affected ear two times a day. When the wax starts getting soft, place the affected ear on a pillow so that the wax drains out. Do this for three days and the wax will come out and your ears will get cleared.

Do not forcefully try to take out the wax, do not scratch or pick it. You can take Naproxen, one SOS when required to get relief from the pain. Avoid swimming and if you are hearing noises in your ears, you should get clinically examined to detect AOM, SOM or any rupture in the ear drum. You can get an audiology test done to detect any hearing loss. get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
