What Causes Pain And Numbness In Hand?

Did blood test for esr. My was 66.pain in both finger joints and wrist. Took madication no help. Is there a type of foods to aviod eating. I'm only 102 lbs. and 5'1..I also get numb at night when I'm sleeping and very painful..What else can I do for my Hand pain..
