What Causes Pain And Numbness In Legs?

my sister has been in extream pain for months. they cant seam to find out what is wrong. she has pain in her legs. she has burning they get very cold and has numbness in her legs and feet.she has fatigue and it also causes her to have panic attacts because she is in so much pain.i am wondering if it could be shingles. she has no rashes
