Hi i just had an nexplanon inserted about 1month and 1/2 ago however every bight i wake up with a deadly pain and numbness in my habd its hurts so bad but i also have diabetes wich one is it?one night i woke up with pain my sigar was 45 then the next night it was. 315 i just want to know wich one it is

I understand your concern.
Based on the history you are providing, it appears that there could be certain amount of soft tissue inflammation and infection at the inserted site of Nexplanon.
Since you are diabetic and blood glucose levels seems to be fluctuating and remaining higher than normal, it would aggravate the condition.
You need to visit your primary care physician promptly and get it clinically assessed so that appropriate treatment can be instituted.
