I have pain in my left shoulder blade, left pec, left arm and my finger are tingly and numb. Had an EKG and x ray so heart is ok. My doctor said maybe my neck. Gave me a muscle relaxer which just takes the edge off the pain. I am going to start PT. What could iy be

This may be a nerve being pinched on the way from the neck to the arm. It may cause pain and tingling as it is happening to you. A visit with the PT is important and will help release the nerve and recover with the symptoms.
