What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Leg?

hi doctor, i am a post bone marrow transplant patient for 7 years.
Been stop exercising for years and about a month ago I went for jogging at night consistently and recently I have this pain and numb at my right leg and the pain will run to the back and vice versa. The pain had bother me for almost 3 weeks. Whenever i hold the urine, the pain will be more excessive.
Can you please advice does my jogging had caused the nerve or muscle pain. Thank you.
