What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Leg?

Two days ago, after a job, I had this localized pain in my right calf. I was going to go to my doc on Monday but when I woke in the morning, it wasn't hurting as much. Now the pain is still there and I am also getting some tingling in that same leg. Do you think it could be a blood clot? Any other ideas? Thanks.
