Hi,

Ok, first, very good on getting to where you are now!

Loss of a vein increases the pressure behind it, which dilates the other veins to take care of the problem. It gets better over time, not worse. This is especially true when gravity helps the flow of blood and less so on my varicose veins. If there was going to be a problem with an external jugular (and that's really doubtful) it would be in the first hours of it clotting.

The valium with suboxone is a problem. And, anxiety, sleep issues, upset from previously dire conditions are situations that CBT really treats really well really fast.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
