What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Right Arm And Fingers?

about three weeks ago i was doing some outside yard work (digging) and my right arm was really sore the next day. thought nothing of it just figured it was from over working it. well it still hurts, my elbow is sore to the touch, my wrist is week if i pick anything up that is heavy or where i have to extend my fingers out. My fingers are also numb. Is this something i should be concerned about or do you think im overreacting

I don't think you are overreacting. It is possible that you hurt your elbow during the yard work and the swelling could possibly be compressing one of your nerves. I would recommend seeing your physician who can do a physical exam for you and perhaps get an in Xray or splint based on how severe or mild the damage is.
