General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are suggestive of minor contusion or sprain.

As the first line of management, you can apply ice packs and take analgesic/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

Immobilize the limb for a couple of days also. Generally, everything will be settled in a couple of days.

If symptoms persist, you have to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
