What Causes Pain And Numbness Underneath The Shoulder Blades?

hi, i am a 19 year old female , for some time now i have had this sharp pain underneath both my shoulder blades along with this itchyness but when i scratch the area i don't seem to feel anything its a numb feeling. can i know what this is as well as the cause?
