What Causes Pain And Odor From The Pimple On Armpit?

Hey , it looked like a pimple on my armpit at first and it popped on its out . It was small Then it started to make a bigger hole .. Is been a week and it keeps getting bigger . It s starting to smell and it hurts when water comes in contact . I don t know what to do with it ?

Hi,
From history it seems that there m,ight be having infected sebaceous cyst producing fowl smelling cheesy material.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If cyst is there, it should be removed with sac.
Meanwhile clean the wound with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
