What Causes Pain And Pressure In Abdomen During Pregnancy?

Hi, i have just question about pregnancy. I am 24 DPO and my pregnacy test is positive. but i have still pain down in my belly - some preasure and problem is, that this test line is not so dark like control line. It means that i dont have much HCG? i am worry, coz i lost baby in 8 weeks MA. thx u so much for answer

Hi,

I understand your concern.

You are reporting to:
- be 24 DPO
- having an at-home pregnancy test resulted positive
- have pain down in your belly and pressure

You are worried because the test line is not so dark. Please bare in mind that the pregnancy test is used to detect the presence of HCG in urine. If implantation has just happened, it means that there is low concentration of HCG in urine. Thus, the test line will detect its presence but with a weak line due to low concentration in urine as most probably you are in your first weeks of pregnancy.

Measuring the level of HCG in the bloodstream is a more accurate and assuring test and you can find out the exact age of pregnancy.
