hi my name is monica and a month ago I went out of town and got really sick I figured it was just allergies and figured it would go away 2 weeks later i went to a minor emergency dr said I had an upper respitory infection gave me steroid and antibiotics I went swimming not thinking anything and now im feeling pain pressure on my left eay and been feeling dizzy and light headed it comes and goes what should I do since I just go steroid medication and antibiotic what could I have

I think this can be related to recurrent ear infections. Please visit an ENT doctor to check your ears with otoscope and to see it's conditions. You may need also a lavage since you have been swimming and pain happened after.
