Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacral spines giving stiffness of back muscles and pinched nerve pressure.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Continue with Motrin as needed.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Take calcium and vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and trake care.
