What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Legs?

One of my legs aches and feels tight like an overfilled balloon. This started three or four days ago but got much worse after sitting at a desk for about 11 hours a day with few breaks on Monday and Tuesday. It does not appear to be swollen and I feel no heat. I am 62 yrs old, overweight and have smoked for about 45 years. I take Allopurinol, Levothyroxine, Citalopram and Metformin plus a low-dose aspirin, multi-vitamin for seniors and B12 & D3 supplements. What is the likelihood that I have DVT or some other condition that would prevent me from taking an 8 hour car ride on Friday? Could this be a side effect of one or more of the medshat I take?
