What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?

hi iam having pain in my lower left part of my abdomen. theres a lot of pressure there too. yesterday it started with diarrhea. with chills and feeling tired. today no diarrhea but iam nauseated and I still have a lot of pressure and fullness in my abdomen

You might have here according to history mild colitis like infective condition...

Take small meal with frequent interval...
Maintain hydration by lots of water...

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals

If needed suitable antibiotic like that for bacterial overgrowth rifaximine might be prescribed...

If diarrhea continues than than drink water with ORS....

If symptoms increasing than USG like investigation done for further work up

Green leafy vegetables and fruits consumed more
