What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?
Hi, me and the boyfriend have been TTC for 2 years. We just rece4changed our diet to low carb, bought some opk tests and pre-seed. Today I got a positive opk test used some pre-seed and had intercourse.... After intercourse my lower abdomen felt tight and achy and my vaginal area throbbing. Which has never happened before... What could it be?

Pain and pressure in the lower abdomen can be due to a bladder infection.
I suggest you to do:
-a urinalysis
-a complete blood count
An ultrasound for further evaluation and proper treatment. Meanwhile you can use painkillers such as Ibuprofen three times a day for the pain.
