What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Lower Back And Hips?
I had knee replacement surgery last June and still have only about 90 degree range of motion in left knee. Lately my lower back, hips, and knees have severe pressure and pain. Can t lay on my sides when I sleep. My hips and groin ache so bad I can t climb more that 3 or 4 steps without pain and running out of breath. The stair climbing has been an on going problem for a couple years. Even before knee surgery.

Consult an orthopedics and get yourself evaluated. It can be due to spine related problems like disc prolapse. You have to get an MRI scan done for further assessment.
