Neurologist 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the lower pelvic area cam be due to any pathology in uterus, ovaries, urinary bladder infection, inflammation of the public joint, or any nerve compression., as your pain is also related with movement.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN and orthopaedic surgeon to get properly examined, investigated and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
