What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Shoulder Blades?

I just finished having a drink with minimal alcohol. I don t drink but I just wanted something that I couldn t taste it because I don t like alcohol. I just experienced pain and pressure in my shoulder blades. I mean on a scale of 1 to 10, it was a 9! What is this all about? Please help!
