What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Shoulder Joint?

I have some pain/pressure it moves - sometimes it is in my right shoulder joint or blade, sometimes it is in the left shoulder, left arm, at others times I feel it in my chest. This has been going on for 4 days now, It started after I foolishly ate fried rice & done sit ups shortly after I ve been to hospital had ecg test done, several blood tests & an x ray all showing my heart was fine. Could this be trapped wind in my shoulders etc
