What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Urethra?

hey, so when laying down, sitting, i m guessing the urethra (underneath the bladder) feels pressure, hurts, & penis also hurts & feels very sensitive, felt sharp pains shooting from urethra to penis,. Now i do drive for a living, but i know this pain is not normal, & very uncomfortable.. can anyone with proper knowledge help by explaining to me what this might indicate...... I would greatly appreciate it

There may be chances of kidney stone. Or ureteral stone. Because the pain full condition in the urinary tract indicate it. Better to go for USG to confirm it and go for further treatment.
