What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Vaginal Area With Light Bleeding?
I ve been having a lot of pain in my pelvic area for months with a lot of pressure in my vaginal area and my bowels now when I pee then wipe there is light blood on toliet paper. The pain is kinda stabbing and achey.. I ve had three kids and now I m fixed. Not on any medications and I already had my period this month.. my periods haven t been regular for about a year. And all the pain and pressure has been going on for about 6-9 months . What could it be?

I think you need to do a total gynecological checkup.
You should do an ultrasound, a pap smear and colposcopy in order to check the place of bleeding.
