What Causes Pain And Pressure In Vaginal Area And Urge To Urinate?
I awoke this morning and had a sharp pain in left side. as day progressed. I had presure, pain in vaginal area and the feel, urgancy to constant use bathroom sometimes to no avail. when it first begin urine was what appeared to be dark brownish, red but I startedbdrinking alot of fluids and it lighten. I have a history of kidney stones but dont know.

From history it seems that this pain and urge for constant passing urine might be due to trapping of kidney stone on bladder-ureteric junction producing this type of pain and discomfort.
Consult your doctor or Nephrologist and get examined.
Ultra sound of kidney will be of much helpful.
Meanwhile take anti-spsmodic medicine like Meftal spas or Cyclopam for pain.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
