What Causes Pain And Pressure On Second And Third Toe Of Feet?

on my left foot between my second and third toe i have a V spreading, the ball of my foot is swollen, and i cant move my three small toes, I cant put pressure on my foot and Its extremly painful, without pressure, wrapping it hasnt help relive the pain either, and I dont have insurance?
