What Causes Pain And Pressure On The Left Side Of The Chest?

My daughter is 15 and is having left chest pain which continues around into her back and feels a little pressure on her chest . I have had her to Dr and heart doctor who say it s not her heart . But this continues to hurt her . Could you tell me what this might be.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Since your daughter's cardiac work up is normal, no need to worry much about heart diseases.
I think it is muscular pain mostly.
So try to follow these for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
5. Wear chest belt to avoid mobilisation of affected area.
6. If weight is more than try for weight loss.
