What Causes Pain And Pressure On The Right Side Of The Face?

HI, I'm five days into a heavy cold which has gone to my sinuses. I am suffering with pressure pain on the right side of my face, mostly my upper teeth, (molars). I'm using heat on my face and taking Panadeine but am still extremely uncomfortable, especially when leaning forward. Is there anything else I can do to get on top of this condition? Thank you, Angela Riddle.

Hi..
Thanks for the query.

It is clear from your description that you have sinus Infection or Sinusitis..
Taking Panadine alone will not relieve you completely.
So you need to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated and you will be advised a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
Along with it you should use decongestant nasal spray like Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline and do saline nasal irrigation..
Do steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
