What Causes Pain And Pressure Under The Breast Area?
I am a 55 year old female and I have been having a persistent pain under my left breast. It feels like pressure in the area all the way through to my upper back and in my left arm from down the the elbow. I take a vitamin B12 shot in my left arm every month.

I just gone through your question. For my patients with pressure pain under left breast travelling to left arm I prefer Vitamin E capsules in my clinic. In case of any lump or tightness I'll go with the breast examination and mammogram. Breast massage, exercise and fruits and veggies with a good sleep hope will make you feel good.
