What Causes Pain And Pulsating Sensation In The Head?
I m having a dull headache on the left side and I have a pulsating feeling you can actually feel with your hand. also there is pressure where it pulsates. It dosent pulsate all the time but if I lay on it , it will. This has been going for about 3 weeks.

It looks like to be migraine headaches especially if this is associated with nausea,vomit and photophobia. You should drink plenty of fluids,take ibuprofen and regulate your blood pressure. If there is no improvement,you should do CTscan to rule out some other causes.
