What Causes Pain And Red Rashes On Buttocks After Seton Surgery?
Hello I have a seton surgery for my fistula ...the surgeon said that the pain would ease after 2wks but it has been 4 wks now and the pain is getting worse I now have a red rash around both of my inner bum cheeks and a red line from my bottom in to my back I have tryed fungal cream but hasn t helped any advice ?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be allergic condition with some infection and it could be bacterial infection and it may not be fungal one, if you have not tried oral antibiotic then better to try it and "Povidone Iodine" cream can be tried else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
