What Causes Pain And Running Nose?

i had a runny nose for the past days and out of nowhere it became very sensitive on the inside edge. Now, it has swollen ,gotten my nose red and i cant even touch it because it is really painful.If i relax for a minute i can feel it pulsating and i can also feel the pulsation in my ears . For me it must be some sort of pimples but what do i know.

You have runny nose and might be due to continuous blowing and nose picking you have got infection of the dangerous area of the face. You need antibiotic treatment for that n avoid repeated touching or rubbing of the nose.
You should consult ENT surgeon.
