What Causes Pain And Sense Of Obstruction In The Throat?
All day my son was complaining that his throat was hurting him and that it felt like he had a bump and it s hard to swallow. He even put his finger down his throat as far as he can and didn t feel like throwing up and also felt something hard. He keeps on clearing his throat but it doesn t work plus it s painful for him. What is it and what should I do?

He has pharyngitis and needs prompt medications. You have not mentioned his age. So I suggest you to consult a Pediatrician for prescription of Amoxicillin antibiotic class if not allergic to and no contraindications for his age group. Plus tylenol syrup and Benadryl for his symptoms.
