General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Perforation of the uterus causing abdominal problems.
Injury to the intestines.
Peritonitis
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical examination and investigations as follows:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography to start with and CT scan to confirm.
If there are any complications then you need an admission to the hospital and maybe remedial surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
